Sigh! – Another (Not so original) Scam & Facebook Security Issue?

As reported in the above link, Instead of “Microsoft” ringing you, it is now “Telstra” – trying to tell you your computer has been infected.
If you get a suspect call – Just inform them the conversation and phone number are being recorded for training purposes – and see what happens! (and then hang up!)
As usual if you think your computer has been infected/compromised in any way – a quick phone call to Waldon will sort out any problems that you may (or may not) have!
On another note – There are (allegedly) reports that authority tokens used by Facebook apps to access profiles have leaked onto the internet and while Facebook has fixed the security issue, these authority tokens don’t expire.
Apparently changing your password resets/removes these leaked tokens making sure your profile can’t be hacked by this method.
True or not – It’s a good reminder to frequently change your passwords for sites such as Facebook et al!
