Need V’s Want and Solution V’s Product

I had a phone call from a potential customer the other day, wanting to purchase a piece of hardware. Instead of getting a quick sale I started to ask some questions regarding to why; Long story short – after a 30 min conversation the person’s problem was on the way to being fixed, and he hadn’t purchased/wasted his money on said hardware, which he was obviously quite grateful of.
Over the last couple of months I’ve had several conversations like this, whether it be over the phone or on site – at WALDON, we are here to provide a solution that you need and not just products that you want!
